My research is directed towards the study of the penal process and, in particular, the elaboration of topics regarding personal freedom, legal evidence, preliminary investigations and impugnments. My most recent topics of study are the legal ascertainment of administrative-penal responsibilities of juridical persons (Law 231/2001), corporate criminal law reform and the European arrest warrant.
