Federico Ghezzi

I am a professor of business law at Bocconi University. I have has a background in economics and my main research areas are competition law and policy, competition enforcement, and whatever can be placed between competition and corporate governance. I have a wonderful family, a wonderful dog, and I love music, architecture photography, skiing, and crime novels.
I am currently researching on a bunch of different topics: the ECN+ Directive transposition in Italy; Interlocking directorates; Loyalty and multiple voting shares; protectionism in antitrust. Some of the papers I’m writing on these topics are going to be published by Rivista delle società and Journal of Competition Law and Economics.
My dream is to finally be able to study and hopefully write on the goals of antitrust law and in particular of merger control.
