I am Assistant Professor of Labour Law at the Department of Legal Studies of Bocconi University. Previously I served as research Fellow at Goethe University of Frankfurt, Institute for Labour and Civil Law, and at the University of Roma Tre.

At Bocconi University, I obtained a law master degree in 2011 (summa cum laude) and later I received my doctoral degree (2016). I also served as a postdoctoral researcher with grant between 2016 and 2017.

Research interests

Labour law and industrial relations law at the Italian, European and International level.

Comparative labour law and industrial relations law.

I am instructor and responsible for the courses of European Social law and Labour Law – Module II (Labour Law Cases) - Diritto del lavoro – Modulo II (Casi di diritto del lavoro).

Over the past years, I have been teaching a variety of courses on European and Italian labour law and industrial relations law at Bocconi University (also in cooperation with the University of Richmond), Università Ca’ Foscari of Venice, Goethe University in Frankfurt and Università degli Studi Roma Tre.
