In October 2004 I graduated in Law, summa cum laude, at Catholic University of Milan. I received a Master of Law (LLM) from the "Scuola di specializzazione per le professioni legali" of the same University (greatest distinction) and a PhD in Administrative Law from State University of Milan. I have been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2011. In September 2018 I was unanimously declared as Full Professor of Administrative Law by the Italian national scientific committee. In 2013 I was unanimously declared as Associate Professor of Administrative Law. In 2015, I was appointed as a member of the working group (coordinated by Prof. A. Travi) within the Ministry of Public Administration set up to prepare some decrees implementing Law 124/2015 (s.c. 'Reform of the Public Administration'). From 2014 to 2020 I was Assistant Professor of Administrative Law at Bocconi University. Since September 2020 I have been appointed as Associate Professor at the same University.
