I was born on August 20, 1963. Degree in Economics, Bocconi University, and in Musicology, Università degli Studi di Milano. PhD in Commercial Law.

I am Professor of Financial Markets and Banking Legislation at Bocconi University. Member of the Faculty of the PhD in Legal Studies at Bocconi University. I am also Professor of Musicology at Università degli Studi di Milano.

Previously I was Professor of Financial Markets and Banking Legislation at University of Bologna (1998-2007), where I taught also Competition Law and Banking Law. Previously I was a tenured researcher of Commercial Law at Bocconi University (1994-2008).

Recognized as Full professor in 2017.
