Alessandro Pietro Scarso
Born February 24th, 1970, I hold a Degree in Economics from Università Bocconi and a Degree in Law from the Università degli Studi di Milano. Postgraduate studies at the Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht, Heidelberg University. I am a practicing lawyer of the Bar of Milan, and a certified public accountant and auditor in the Registry held by the Italian Ministry of Justice. I am Associate Professor of Civil Law. I have been associate professor of Civil Law and of Family Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Parma. I teach Contract Law at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions of the University of Parma, the University of Pavia and Bocconi University. I have taught a variety of courses in English and Italian at the undergraduate, graduate, and executive levels. I am a member of the editorial board of Responsabilità civile e Previdenza.
