The article focuses on the peculiar internet governance in the region of the Xinjiang uighur. The region, which is inhabited by muslim turks, is the workshop pf many new sophisticated tool of censorship, which create a discrimination with the respect of the rest of the country on the basis of an ethnic and religius belonging.
