Diritto comparato e interdisciplinarietà: tra innata vocazione e incompiuta realizzazione?

DIRITTO PUBBLICO COMPARATO ED EUROPEO, 2021
Abstract

The present essay examines the use of interdisciplinarity in comparative law. Starting from the demonstrated assumption that comparative law – both private and public – seems naturally inclined to interdisciplinary research, the analysis assesses whether or not this inclination has been fulfilled in practice and which are the main challenges arising from an interdisciplinary approach to comparative legal studies. The conclusion of this work makes some considerations about the future of interdisciplinarity in comparative law.
