Gaia Silvia Balp
Following graduation in Business Administration at Bocconi University, a PhD degree in Business Law kicked off my academic career. I am an Associate Professor of Business law at Bocconi, where I teach different courses in company law and do research mainly focused on corporate law and securities regulation.
I am a Faculty member of the Bocconi PhD in Legal Studies.
Research interests
Company Law, Comparative Company Law, Corporate Governance, Financial Markets Law, Insolvency Law.
