Angelo Borselli
Adjunct Professor of Business and Corporate Law at Bocconi University. Before that, I was a postdoctoral researcher at Bocconi University, where I also received a Ph.D. in Corporate Law, and Scholar in Residence at the University of Connecticut School of Law, where I taught Business Organizations and International Business Transactions and previously obtained an LL.M. in Insurance and Financial Services Law.
I have held visiting appointments at several universities in the U.S. and also in China, where I taught international business law as a visiting scholar at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.
A business law scholar with strong interests in comparative corporate law and governance, I am also an expert on insurance law and regulation.
I was awarded the “Gian Franco Campobasso” Prize for the best doctoral dissertation in business and corporate law, and I am a three-time winner of the Association Internationale de Droit des Assurances (AIDA) Europe Academic Prize for research in the field of insurance and risk.
I am a research fellow of the Insurance Law Center at the University of Connecticut School of Law and a board member of the International Association of Insurance Law – Italy. I am a member of the editorial board of the Rivista delle società.
