Professor Borlini Participates in WTO Dialogues on Industrial Policy

On April 30, Professor Leonardo Borlini was invited to participate in the World Trade Organization (WTO) Dialogues on Industrial Policy, specifically focusing on the Governance of State-Owned Enterprises. The event, jointly hosted by Australia and the Philippines, brought together experts to discuss the complex role of SOEs in the global economy.
During the session, Professor Borlini engaged with fellow panelists Sara Sultan, Johann Barcena, and Deborah Healey, whose diverse perspectives contributed to a comprehensive examination of SOE governance challenges. The dialogue was further enriched by active participation from various delegations, whose inquiries stimulated meaningful discussion on this critical topic.
Delegations from over 80 countries participated in the debate, underscoring the global significance of SOE governance issues in international trade relations.
