Luigi Buonanno and Stefania Cirillo at the YCC Eleventh Annual Conference
Luigi Buonanno, Research Fellow at Bocconi Department of Legal Studies, and Stefania Cirillo, a Ph.D. student in Legal Studies at Bocconi, have been selected among several submissions for presenting their works at the YCC Eleventh Annual Conference held on October 7-8, 2022, at the Northeastern University, in Boston. The Conference is an annual venue conceived to highlight, develop, and promote the research works by younger scholars in comparative law. Luigi presented a paper on the comparative law of obligations, which, ultimately, proposes an overall reinterpretation of the legal relationships between a creditor and co-debtors.
