I am a Professor of Private Law. I hold a Law Degree from the Università Statale di Milano and a PhD from the Università degli Studi di Padova. I have published scientific contributions in international and Italian academic journals on the following main topics: contract law (breach of contract and precontractual liability, service contracts, agency contracts), family law (matrimonial property regimes), and inheritance law. I have also spent research periods at the University of Oxford, Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, and Heidelberg University.
